Dark, rich, salty and slightly sweet coconut aminos is made using coconut water, chili, blended with sea salt and naturally aged. The addition of ginger as an ingredient is to make the aminos spicy so that it adds more flavor into your cooking. Being a healthy substitute for soy sauce it is gluten free and soy free. It is packed with a variety of vitamins, minerals and amino acids. Try aminos in your marinades, salad dressings, stir fry and as a dipping sauce. This product is not irradiated or produced with genetically modified ingredients.
