Sweet Jack Fruit

Made from tender fruit of jackfruit that is cultivated organic farm lands in Sri Lanka. Then harvested baby jack are transported to factory with very carefully. After that series of processing steps like shorting, washing, peeling, slicing, core removing, cutting in to pieces, filling in to cans with 2% sea salt, exhausting, seaming, sterilised, quarantined, sorting and packing will be done.

Made of sound, organic Sweet Jack fruit that have been selected, washed, peeled, sliced, core and seed removed, filled with Jack fruit pieces and brine solution, exhausted, capped, sterilized, incubated, sorted and packed.
