contains additional ingredients dat modify the taste and texture. It may use,

• As a spread on bread, toast or crackers, and condiment on cooked
  vegetables, as well as in cooking.
• As an ingredient in many recipes. (Coconut butter cookies, Cakes).
• It contains less fat amount comparing with cow’s milk butter. Therefore it will reduce the risk of Heart disease and Obesity.
• Butter may also be make with added natural flavorings, such as pepper, garlic and many spices.
