Papaya (Maradol and Mulata varieties) chunks which are selected based on a strickly quality process which consist of washing, peeling and sanitizing its pulp before being frozen at -450c , keeping organoleptic and nutritional properties of the fruit, The Papaya has an optimal maturity, color, taste and texure own of the fruit. It is ready to eat or use as a main ingredient for a secondary product like pulps, jams, nectars, juices, sweetened concentrates, etcetera.

Made of sound, mature, organic papaya and pineapple that have been selected, washed, peeled, sliced, seed and core removed, filled with papaya pieces and pineapple juice, exhausted, seemed, sterilized, incubated, sorted and packed.
